Pushing up the quality of answers (Edexel politics)

Hey, I'm getting level 3's and 4's in my responses, how do I push that up to the higher or more consistent 4s and 5's?

I think that my issue lies in the structure and lack of evidence for many of my paragraphs.

Edit: currently in Yr 12 and we don't do an AS in the subject so I have got time to improve
