i’m stuck between these two courses and I’m not sure which I should pursue to study for my undergraduate, which do you think is better in terms of job prospects and opportunities and course difficulty

Go along to some uni open days and listen to the subject talks for both courses to see which interests you the most. Talk to the staff and students about graduate prospects and pathways. The following website is a good careers resource:
