I'm talking about a Laser Pointer, It's function is only for beaming an extremely powerful ray of light and it is designed to do that.

I do not believe that a pen pointer will be able to match a laser pointer.

Is it true that the best legal laser pointer in the UK is a 5mw Green laser pointer?

I have a mouse with a laser pointer built-in - an Optical Laser Mouse!!

But generally, I doubt you will get anything higher than a class 2 laser.
