Are you allowed to use bullet points?

I do OCR a for all A level sciences and was wondering whether it was OK to bullet point answers? I think it is allowed in physics, but I am not sure about chemistry and biology.

Yes for biology

Do you not lose the fluency marks? I was told its better to section it in paragraphs just because some markers would take 1 mark off for organisation

I am not entirely sure but my teachers recommend full sentences where possible x
