SFE don't assess fee status - that's done by each university indivdually following government legislation (and UKCISA guidance)
The UKCISA adviceline is generally the best option for expert advice. They're busy and the hours are limited but they are the experts that universities ring for tricky cases!

That's right - we don't have any say regarding what fees are charged.
That's entirely up to the individual university so we'd suggest asking them directly.
