Supporting student applications

My eldest daughter has just graduated and had me listed to support her application.
We didn’t list my middle name when creating the gov.uk account.
My youngest daughter is now applying for uni but she has filled in her application and listed my middle name.
Normally this wouldn’t be an issue but the email I have received won’t allow me to proceed with supporting her application as it says she has listed different information…..I’ve logged in and tried to add my middle name to my account but it isn’t an editable part of my account and she can’t edit it from her end either.
Any ideas how to fix this?

If you login to your account and click on support an application and follow the instructions you should be able to support her manually this way. If you can't support her online then you will need to complete PFF2 Form found here https://media.slc.co.uk/sfe/2425/ft/sfe_pff2_form_2425_o.pdf then upload in your account or the students under the evidence upload option.
