Edexcel Social/Cognitive Evaluating theories
Hey,
I was just wondering how to evaluate theories well. I think it should involve strenghs and weaknesses but then I can't think of any strengths or weaknesses of a theory...
Can someone tell me some weaknesses and strengths of Milgrams agency theory?
Also, is there any particular way in which you should evaluate the theories. For example using examples to prove your point (since you can't just describe the theory).

I get mixed up between studies and theories in the exam. Does anyone know how to not get confused by them

A study is actual research with particiants and findings. A theory is just a suggestion which research may be based on (or from).
