Solve: sin(x+60) = ¾ for -360>x>360
[Can I use the CAST diagram to solve it? And if so how?]

yeah you do sin^-1 (3/4) which will give you an angle. this is x + 60. you mark this angle on the cast diagram in the A and S quadrants and read off the angles accordingly. then you - 60 to get x. hope that helped :smile:
