Just had mini jaffa cakes! About to have juice and some tablets then crisps and a banana
Grilled Lobster and later I ate a jelly coconut. Its sometimes cool to live near the sea.... Except when there is a hurricane!

I just had some...
Cheery corn, cheery oats, cheery rice and wheat,

Pan-fried sea bass seasoned with dill
Sautéed spinach with garlic and dry roasted pine nuts
Griddled long beans
Boiled new potatoes
(Was dark so pic took with a flash, bah!)

I had someamoxicillin washed down with some Paracetamol at 6am, and now I've just had some doxycycline and 30/500 cocodamol and I am wiped out. Ear infections, gotta love em. Goodnight.
