How can I get the attention of a teacher who likes the naughty kids?

Hey guys basically as the title says, I would like to build a rapport with one of my teachers but she only seems to pay attention and laugh/joke with the guys who are just pissing around. I try to be approachable, happy and up for a good time. However I always try to remain polite, respectful, disciplined and professional. I would really like this teacher to notice me and how interested I am about the subject and I am definitely interested in it as a career. So does anyone have any suggestions for improving the teacher student rapport?

Urgh, I hate teachers like that.

If I were you, I'd just tell him/her that I'm genuinely interested in the subject and am seriously considering a career in it. That should be enough, no?
