I started back at the gym yesterday, I hadn't been for over a month due to being lazy, I used to go 3 to 4 times a week.
I went on the running machine and also did squats and lunges.
I can't move, honestly I can't even get in my car my legs/bum hurt so badly . I'm not exaggerating, it's even a struggle to sit on the toilet or walk up the stairs.
Is there anything I can do?! Should I also rest until this goes away?
Do light stretches, make sure you're drinking enough water, eat well, rest A LOT. You'll be fine. I once had this happen to me and I had to walk like a man who got kicked in the balls. It was the most pain I ever felt in my life, but after a few days it went.
