Do you undnerstand what it says?
The job of the committee is to make decisions based on public international law.
What is legally wrong with the decision?

Just because you dont like it doesnt mean its wrong.

Notwithstanding its non binding and advisory only.

The job of the un is "To maintain international peace and security" this decision doesn't do that

The UN is an enormous gravy train and money pit that serves no purpose other than a very expensive talk shop. It should be disbanded.
It is a talking shop when you think about it if Isis is needing to be bombed in Syria isn't that what the un should do?

If camps are needed why are individual countries pledging money for them which still isn't enough. Is that what the un should be doing?

If they don't have the resources they are redundant in those roles and need reforming so they do have the resources to do it.

The UN is a political institution with its own views and biases, not some overarching independent body. I think the UN is worshipped far too often.

Exactly! It's not inherently independent, and it's not exactly staffed with the cream of the crop either. I don't think many law students aspire to sit on UN sub-committees.
