edexcel igcse biology paper 2 (10th june)

hi i just thought id start this for the upcoming exam on the 10th of june. I can't remember what came up on the paper 1 so was wondering if anyone could and maybe predict what will come up on the second paper?
Plant reproduction I should think and maybe evolution.
Leaf structure?
Digestive system?
Cloning?
genetic modification, kidneys

what could happen to red blood cells during exercise if water lost is not replaced?

what is the relationship between red blood cells, exercise, and osmosis?
I think eutrophication, fish farming, the bomb calorimeter experiment, homeostasis and the nitrogen cycle are likely to come up
the heart kidneys and lungs probz

the predictions for a few topics from our school were
osmosis experiments,
differences in denitrification and nitrogen-fixation(nitrogen cycle),
genetic cross involving co-dominance,
carbohydrates movement in the phloem,
how lactobacillus make yoghurt and how enzymes are affected by pH.

I agree the questions were not hard, but it could be easy to lose marks on some of the 4 and 5 markers, dependant on how specific the mark schemes are
I was really pleased! Phew.
The first lot on Venus fly traps threw me a little though!
And another eye question at the end!

what do u get for the probability Q? I got 0.125

Yeah, it was just (1/2)^3 = 0.125. I managed to mess that up somehow.
I think it was good but i wasted my time revising dumb crap like the kidney for ages (i previously didn't understand it properly) and i walked in like a kidney pro but it didn't come up :frown:
I thought it was really easy. But there were a lot of questions to trip up on... Little dodgy things.

But since everyone found it really easy, thats a bad thing :frown:

I personally found parts of the Venus flytrap question awful, especially the bit about the trap being triggered by insects brushing against hairs. What did everyone put for that?

Thankfully the eutrophication, artery narrowing and eye questions weren't that bad, although I didn't mention circular iris muscles in the last eye question so maybe I lost a mark or two there.
