Wtf are you talking about? This was a person ( a member of the public) that called for an officer to assist him and then starting going crazy when the officer turned out to be black.

Nothing to do with the police bullying black officers.

and now how many of these people weren't committing criminal acts before hand... I'll wait.
How many times has a cop beat up and killed someone who wasn't at the time being justifiably detained for suspicious or blatantly criminal activity? Hermmm? Now yea cops should calm their arses down and rely on their training and not their billy clubs and peer pressure like little delinquent children...BUT again blacks many times are in situations that police should be present for. Can you deny this without blinking?
