Have a look at things like trisomy 13, 18 and monosomy x. They're fairly common examples.*

Edwards syndrome- trisomy of chromosome 18
Pataeu syndrome- trisomy of chromosome 13

There's also Triple X (XXX) syndrome and Klinefelter syndrome where there is an extra copy of X chromosome (XXY)
