Why won't SFE fix my account.
I am going to try and call them again, but every time I speak to someone they lie and fob me off.
I am going to demand a line manager but can they actually do anything different? Or will they just fob me off too.

Sorry about any issues you have had in regards to your student finance. If you need to speak to a manager they will to there best to fix the situation the best way they can.
