Why is almost everyone on this forum anti-EU/ pro-Brexit?

Its a Simple question

And your proof that most members here are anti-EU?

Only hipsters are pro EU, and no one wants to be a hipster.
To be completely honest, it's probably on the contrary but our eurosceptic members can sometimes be more vocal.
TSR's poll prior to the referendum seemed to suggest the majority of members were pro-EU and anti-Brexit.

The pro-Brexit crowd have generally been more vocal, however.
You wasn't here on the day of the Brexit, were you?
It's been highlighted above but I think it's the case that those of us with stronger opinions are more vocal.

I'm pretty sure most of TSR is very pro-EU
What makes you think most people are pro-Brexit?

And not only that, an overwhelming majority?

Saying anything anti-Brexit or pro EU is like going to North Korea and urinating on a portrait of the leader.
Only a very stupid person would reach that conclusion.

The Brexiters behave like a mafia. Dare to say anything remotely anti-Brexit and you will get a load of abuse, insults and allsorts. Ok they got their victory but that's not enough for them.
It's like a pack of brownshirts ransacking communitues in Germany who might of disagreed with Hitlers election victory.
There isn't a Eurosceptic majority on TSR but we are probably more vocal for one very simple reason.

We care more.

On the one side you have a nation regaining its sovereignty and political freedom. On the other you have a corrupt, failed, wannabe federalist superstate which is causing mass unemployment in southern Europe, can't cope with millions of migrants, is headed up by an unelected incompetent drunkard and hasn't even had its accounts signed off since 1994.

From Guido:

The EU’s auditors have failed to sign off Brussels accounts for the 22nd year in a row, claiming that they are ‘materially affected by error’. Some examples of waste include a project where the team tasked with repaving a 1 kilometre footpath in Italy ended up buying a €4,000 mountain bike, a €3,500 panoramic spyglass and donating €10,000 to a local church from their budget. An agency in Mozambique claimed €874,309 for office and lab supplies but provided no proof the items were ever bought. The accountants had an ‘adverse opinion’ of the legality and regularity of EU payments, a term which is used only in serious cases of error. Congratulations to the EU, 22 years in a row…

Are you surprised that the Remainers are so embarrassed and shamefaced at having to shill for this disgraceful joke?
It's just that the Anti-EU crowd on here tended to shout about it more.

You're giving them a run for their money, though.
I think there are a lot of people who are very critical of the EU on here (even if they aren't pro-Brexit) because the are a lot people who are very critical of the EU. It was only until Brexit that you had a few people who started proclaiming love for the union. Most sane people agree there are huge amounts of problems with the EU. Plenty of remainers thought this, but ultimately felt that leaving was a worse option than staying.
Nationalism for the win!
Nationalism will be the death of humanity. World federalism is the answer.

Its worth everyone in Britain pay more for everything just to stop foreigners paying too much for spyglasses.

Too New World Order for me.

Except to give very large salaries to thousands of bureaucrats who worry about the size of our pints of milk and the ingredients of our sausages the EU serves no real purpose. Oh it also gives our MEPs supersized salaries and lots of jollies.

I have always thought that the EU needs us more than we need them yet the French, Germans etc have always treated us like the poor relations. Time for us to kick ass for a change!
