Oh and today I've decided to try the Bastard!! OVA, based purely upon a figurine I saw on a website :teehee:

Though tbf that was because I then went and checked what it was about. Manga too long, but the anime is short. It sounds cheesetastic. Early 90s inspired by 80s cheesetastic :borat:

Any anime recommendations for me?
I've just watched Code Geass and I really enjoyed that, currently working through Darker than Black which is going okay. In the past I've watched Naruto, Shippuden, Gundam Wing, Chaos Head and numerous films (shonen mainly I guess).

Don't say Death Note, I've read the mangas and don't see the point in watching a series where I know all of the plot twists.

More details will be provided on the franchise's official website.

I tentatively look forward to this, as long as it is better than Rei then all's good.

Watched the xxxHolic Rou OVAs over the past few days (as well as flicking through the Shunmuki eps as I forgot a lot of it). I'm suddenly really interested in reading all of the manga, but I can't remember what volumes I've got at home, so don't know where to start. I think I've only got 1 an 2 since a lot of places didn't have it in stock at the time...

Haha I'm actually watching Escaflowne now, I'm on episode 3. I remembered seeing it on Fox Kids years ago so thought I'd watch it and actually understand what was going on this time. I will check out some of the others though, thanks :smile:

Serious and to the point, and sometimes bordering on the sadistic, it takes a special breed of uke to satisfy your needs. You tend to be anti-social with little patience for most people. You need someone to challenge you and push you to your limits, and then be able to take your intense reactions, which possibly involves rope and sensual torture. This is what makes the Badass Uke the yin for your yang, as you're the only one able to put them in line and satisfy each other.

Besides what AngryJellyfish already suggested, you might try Neon Genesis Evangelion, Kurau: Phantom Memory, Durarara!! and basically all anime. Avoid Darker than Black's second season unless you desire disappointment.
