Any advice for TOK presentation?

My presentation is this Tuesday, and it's on this question: "Does the constantly changing nature of knowledge undermine a formal education?"

Any advice? Currently stuck. I'm thinking of talking about paradigm shifts in natural sciences (discovering Pluto isn't a 'planet') and human sciences (the Keynesian Revolution in economics)...and maybe discuss mathematics (its 'absolutism') by contrast. But the problem lies in finding modern-day examples...after all, the knowledge passed down to us in schools hasn't changed all that much in recent years. (does the discovery of Pluto qualify as a contemporary issue?)

What do people think of this topic and any ideas on how to make this presentation interesting?
