Improving language fluency

Does anybody know of any organisations that'll help pair me up with native french and german speakers? I really want to improve my flunecy and have a pen/skype pal x

The German post runs it. I don´t know if you can say which language you want. But I guess that they must ask you that... You fill in something, then they look for someone who matches you. (=
