microsoft word, student discount with OU?

I'v noticed there is a student discount website for students for word, but can OU students still get a discount? I dont think i have a university email.... :frown:

Yes...I got Office 2007 student edition by using my OU email address...you should have a student email address. It will be your username (the one you use to log into the OU website i.e. ab1234) @student.open.ac.uk. I'm pretty sure you can find your email address on OU student home somewhere...

to get to your mailbox, go to "links" (main page once you've logged in - it's on the left on my screen) and then choose "Your OU mailbox and discussion forums server 1" or "Your OU mailbox and discussion forums server 2", depending which server you are on.
