European Politics at Nottingham

I have to reply to UCAS on the 7th June as to what University I will be accepting for 2011 placement (I am taking a gap year). I'm really stuck as to what university to choose: Birmingham university or Nottingham university.

Do alot of people take gap years at Nottingham university?

Anyone got any opinions on European politics degree at Nottingham??

Nottingham has the better overall reputation, a better politics dept, a better campus, and a better nightlife, so definitely go there.

And LOTS of people took gap years

I would personally pick Nottingham. Better rep overall and esp for Politics. There is virtually no difference between the Euro Pol and straiht Pol degrees.
