Chelsea BA or Birmingham MA???

I just graduate BA in multimedia design and now want to do a master in fine arts. I build up fine art portfolio by myself and apply. Now I have 2 offers from Chelsea College of Arts and Birmingham City. Chelsea offer me a place in BA Fine Art (second year). But Birmigham offer me a place in MA Fine Art. I really dont know what to choose and im not really sure which university is better :confused:

What you choose should ultimately be determined by what you hope to get out of studying. BA programs tend to be more about encouraging students to explore and develop their interests whereas MA programs treat students as already practicing artists and try to help students refine their work and ideas.

Chelsea is generally considered to be one of the best schools for fine art in the UK and doing an MA at Chelsea is definitely a lot better career wise than doing an MA at Birmingham.

If I were you, I would take a year or two off to develop my work and reapply for Chelsea's MA program or just do the BA at Chelsea then decide if you still want to do an MA.
