AS biology question

hey can someone help me with this question please:

A celebrity chef announces on his TV show that it would be better to boil a joint of meat rather
than roast it. He says this is because the fat will dissolve out of the meat, making the meal lower in fat and healthier. Is he correct in his explanation of what is happening during the cooking?
Explain your answer.

I don't think so, I mean boiling it means it is cooking in its own fat. At least with roasting the fat goes into the tray.

Explain your answer.

The fat will not dissolve since it is non-polar (meaning it doesn't have a charge) therefore it cannot form hydrogen bonds to dissociate. The chef is incorrect.
(I'm still learning this topic so my answer not fully developed)
Hope this helped
