Hey,
I don´t study either business or management, but from what I have seen (on rankings) and have heard from friends studying business and/or management, I would rank your choices as follows in terms of academic quality for business and/or management:
Manchester
Lancaster
Edinburgh, Bristol, King´s
Strathclyde
It depends what you´re after really:
King´s and Ed have probably the best name (internationally and Europe-wide), while Manchester and Lancaster have pretty good business departments too, but I think the latter are more well-known domestically. Bristol is a good uni overall, but I don´t know much about the business dept...it may very well be top. As someone mentioned before, Lancs especially has a very good management dept..No nclue about Strathclyde, although someone lately told me they have a good MBA.
As a foreign student, I think that a ranking based on the overall international and Europe-wide reputation of these unis (not necessarily for business) would look like this:
Ediburgh, King´s
Manchester
Lancaster, Bristol
...
Strathclyde
It therefore really varies according to your criteria. I´d chose Edinburgh or King´s, because I probably won´t live my whole life in the UK.
Obviously, it depends on where you would like to be and what kind of lifestyle you fancy: King´s, a big, but expensive city and a uni that doesn´t really have a campus (as for any London uni really); Edinburgh and Manchester, both have decent campuses and are located in "bigger" cities too (although I wouldn´t want to live in Manchester); or finally Strathclyde, Bristol and Lancs, all have very nice campuses (especially Lancs from what I have heard) but I guess the cities are smaller and I would find them dull, but that´s only me. So, what is it that you want? Campus-life or (big) city-life? International or domestic reputation or a good training/education (although I doubt there is TOO much difference in the quality of either course)?
You should also note that Ed´s MSc is focussed on EM and I´ve heard the programme attracts a lot of international students, which, depending on your preferences, can be either good or bad. They´re all decent unis in my opinion...what I would also do is to check out the course structure, and weight the pros and cons on the aforementioned criteria (city, lifestye, etc.).
Good luck.
