Biology practical report DISCUSSIONS and CONCLUSIONS

Hi I'm up to the discussion of a major prac report I'm doing for one of my subjects at uni, and was just wondering if any of you smart TSRians have any tips regarding these things.

The discussions & conclusions would refer to previous research, established mechanisms/reactions, inferences that you draw from your expt as well as your conclusion on how you got a certain result. Backing up with previous work would look good.
