Emmigration Question - MACS USA Inc.

I am a physics teacher and my wife is a nurse. We both want to emmigrate
to the USA. In the TES there has been a number of advertisements by MACS
USA Inc who seem to specialise in emmigration, visa, jobs etc.

The costs seem quite high with few guarantees (if any).

My question to people in the group is:
