GIRLS, what do you eat daily?

I can't believe (well, maybe I can) how little some people eat on this thread.

I normally go for some cereal/toast to start with a breakfast and a glass of milk.
At lunch, it can be anything from couscous to pasta or a sandwich. Or houmous and biscuits/carrot sticks. I love houmous. More often than not I'll have a twix after lunch too.

For a snack, I have something from my graze box.

At dinner, it depends what I feel like making. Last night I made myself my first ever university roast dinner, which turned out pretty well. Then I had christmas pudding afterwards :tongue:

I weigh 11st and I'm 6'. :eek: Scandalous to be over 10st, I know!

breakfast: mcdonalds big brekkie

lunch:greggs veg pasty, greggs pepperoni pizza and cream doughnut

dinner: chicken, lamb and rice

snacks in between: such as cake, chocolate.

i only weigh 7 and 1/2 stones!!!!

:wink:

I know it's a bit hypocritical because I barely eat anything which isn't healthy either, but your health isn't just based on your weight. And eating junk all the time will screw up your insides

yesterday I ate:
Breakfast: lots and lots of cherries
Lunch: bowl of soup and a tuna sandwich
Tea: two home made lamb kebabs.
Snack: anoter tuna sandwich :colondollar:

I really don't understand how some people in this thread survive!! Even with all that food I ate, I had only eaten just over 1,100 calories!!!

Breakfast: Branflakes with banana, and maybe a muller yogurt on the side
For lunch, it depends if I'm out and about or not! If so, I'll grab a salad, or if at home, I might have a jacket potato with baked beans or something similar.
And for dinner... usually pasta and veg.
I try and eat lots of fruit in between tho, I actually love the stuff!
For me it varies quite a bit but i have a general outline for weekdays and wing it at weekends

Weekdays
Breakfast: choco Flakes and milk with a cup of tea or glass of fruit juice
Lunch: Chicken Salad (although the extent to which it can be called salad depends entirely on my fridge contents, today included lettuce and yellow pepper) and a bag of crisps, or a cheese and ham sandwich with cucumber etc
Dinner: pasta in a sauce (either a dried packet thing or cream cheese and pesto) for nights when i do trampolining and don't get home till nearly 10
or when i don't have an activity JP and beans and cheese or Chicken and crispy potatoes

Glad to hear it. :wink:

Yes I agree. Although I guess some people do have a quick metabolism, which I envy them very much for. That said, it's still not "healthy" no matter how slim you are.

Skip breakfast and lunch. Then normally have fish and rice or pasta salad. Don't snack, I also don't drink much at all, maybe half a glass of orange juice a day.

5ft 4 and weigh 7 stone ish

Nutrition is something I really REALLY need to learn about. I currently don't eat enough, which isn't doing me any favors. I almost always skip dinner, and have a small lunch and small breakfast. Also like to point out that I don't snack and exercise 3-5 times a week.

Height - 156cm
Weight - 66kg

Today was a bad day for nutrition.
A packet of crisps (first time i've eaten crisps in months)
A home made chicken and mushroom burger with cheese.
Thats it. Really not good!

A typical day:
Granola bar (pre breakfast/pre workout)
Cereal, sometimes with a banana (breakfast)
Some sort of sandwich or wrap (lunch)
Mainly a carb food like pasta or jacket potato (Dinner)

I drink around 4-8 glasses of water a day.

I am not eating enough, let alone enough good food. I need more protein, veg and fruit. I am not loosing weight nor am I putting it on, i've been the same weight for years, yet I have only eaten like this since moving to London 5 months ago. A bit confused really.
for eg today :

breakfast= large bowl of branflakes, milk and a banana
lunch= tuna mayyonaise and cucumber sandwhich, apple and yeo valley lemon youghurt
snack=apple
tea= 2 jacket potatoes with beans and cheese
snack= 100g milka daim

height= 5foot7
weight= 8 1/2 stone ish :smile:

size 8/10

Today:

Breakfast - porridge, teaspoon of sugar, tea
Lunch - pasta with tuna mayo
Dinner - chicken and roasted veggie risotto
Snacks - flapjack, cereal (a few handfuls), chocolate digestive, custard cream

Nutritious!

I also run a fair amount too. These were all fairly substantial portions.

I'm 5 foot 2 and weigh about 9 stone.
Today I had:
Breakfast: Nothing
Lunch: A plain 4" slice of baguette
Dinner: A cup of pasta salad (white pasta, cherry tomatoes, sweetcorn, red pepper)
Snacks: Two cups of hot chocolate, one in the morning before school, and one after school, and one dark chocolate digestive biscuit.

I'm 5ft2 (ish) and just under 8st (110lbs or so)

well today i had two crumpets, a cereal and pasta with sauce, bacon, mushrooms, peppers and onion in

normally i skip the cereal and just have some crumpets and dinner, im a bit obsessed with crumpets

i dont live a very nutricious diet with lots of exotic fruit and nuts and seeds but yano i live on

im 5ft6 and weigh about 9 and a half stone

i've moved on now guys, moved on from an obsession with crumpets to an obsession with rice krispies, except theyre sainsburys own brand as theyre cheaper
My day typically goes;
Breakfast: Either toast with butter/jam, crumpets with butter or porridge with honey, usually with a glass of orange/apple juice
Snack: Handful of grapes/apple
Lunch: Turkey sandwich on brown bread
Snack: Some Greek-style yoghurt with honey
Dinner: Usually some kind of stir fry/curry
Drink flavoured water or ordinary water for the rest of the day, usually about 1-1.5 litres.
I also 'treat' myself once a week and have some kind of dessert, e.g. cheesecake, muffin, scone...

I tend to only go out for meals if it's a special occasion but when I do I have 3 courses and let myself have what I want - if I'm paying I want to really enjoy it, you know?
I'm 5'8 and 55kg, size 10 in most clothes as I'm quite toned.
Probably around the same sort of stuff you eat.
your standard, average food
