How do I sue a company based in Hong Kong?

I recently bought an expensive item from a company based in HK, they sent it via recorded mail. It never arrived. Clearly I can prove this. PayPal rejected my claim for a refund on the basis that the company proved they have posted it (wtf so what, I can prove I never received it...), so what steps should I take now to take them to court?

Any advice would be appreciated.

how much are we talking here?

you need to get the company to get in touch with their mail system so they can claim the refund from them, then give it you in the second instance (first being contacting paypal)
How expensive? You have to consider whether it will really be worth it and will ultimately need to consult a lawyer rather than TSR I assume. The CAB may be able to help you though
