Can someone clear up the very last question for me?

Was it asking you to calculate the probability of getting digits that add up to 28, or at least 28?
If it is the former and I misread the question, I seriously need glasses and/or a slap.

more like an overconcerned obssessive parent? shouldnt your daughter be asking the questions if she cares?
also theres no need to boast about these exams

YOU DIDNT TAKE THE EXAM YOUR DAUGHTER DID SO LEAVE

also what did it mean by one unit is 2cm? was one unit one of those tiny squares, or 1 unit made up from a 10x10 of the little squares

I've repped you already (from another post somewhere...) but this definitely deserves another haha. Quality.

what did everyone get for the coordinates for the cumulative frequency

That's what I got for both  What did everyone get for the mean and standard deviation?
My sd was around 3.07 I think

Yeah my sd was 3.08 I think (rounded to 3 sig figs) and my mean was 2.7...something. I can't remember.

Yeah I think mine was 2.7 too

For coordinates I think I got (0,0) and (2,6)

Probably wrong :/

(0,0) and ( (2.5, 6) or could be (3.5, 6) ?

I got (0, 0) and (2,6) and (5, 15)

I wrote down three because I'm not sure if the origin counted as one.
i think i put (0,0) and (2,6).
for the PMCC question i got -0.9 ish i think.
Is anyone considering making an unofficial mark scheme, i would try but i really suck at remembering questions after ive done them :/
i got (0,0) and (3.5,6), what do you guys think grade boundaries will be?
68-69 100, 54-55 A, 47-48 B?
I got (0.5,0) and (3.5,6).

I assumed the boundary extensions from the first part of the question carried over but I could be wrong.
If it started at the origin, that would indicate there were some values between 0 and 1, which there were not. I could be wrong :s

I got (-0.5,0) and (0.5,0) as first two cordinates.

I did the same thing as you, with the same reasoning.

I got 5.43 for the mean and 3.08 for the standard deviation.

(0,0), (3.5, 6) <-- pretty much everyne i spoke to in my school put this
for the binomiial graph one, i didnt wrrite down that tyhe graph rises then falls (idk why, i was going to then didnt :s-smilie:~) so i only wrote that the mean is the highest bar, do you think that'll get three marks?

I think that will be two out of three. btw I put (-0.5,0) and (0.5,0) for the coordinates.

i was worried about that, :frown:, grr so angry at mysself, 'exam haze' got to my i guess, we had a discussion abut whether we should have included (-0.5,0) or not at school
