What would you say for " To what extent SLSL's revenue objective realistic ??? ( really need help on this)
I thought of inflation effect on revenue target set, competition, economic conditions possibly. Any other ideas are welcomed !! thanks in advance !!

you can answer is as 'whether a 4 percent rise in rev is realistic' and how this would be achieved;
- increase in vol of completed work
- increase in house prices
-increase in commission rate
- change in portfolio
-diversification

does anyone know the likelihood of ratios coming up as a calculation question? Is it most likely to be CPA?

On the question where it's asking should SLSL move to be a web-based agency, how do you calculate the costs saved? Which branches are rented and not owned? :s-smilie: Anyone? :smile:

No they will not ask you to draw it, if it comes up they will give you a diagram which you would have to fill up.....the diagram will be identical to the one in casestudy but they could change the numbers or they might not.

Depends on the question they ask, if they ask you to show it on the diagram put 2 small lines on each of the activities that is on the critical path. Might be a half completed one on an additional insert.

If they ask for the critical path you can simply say Tasks A, B, E,F, H, K and L are on the critical path. But bearing in mind this is likely to change in the exam tomorrow.

They won't get you to draw it all out.

I think they might change the figures and make us calculate it again. And then give an analysis question on how to make it quicker or something. But, not drawing it out.

what are the chances of them changing the figures?

well the first question is usually 13 marks, and then the next 3 are 18 marks and the last one is 23 marks. So if they change the figures and make us calculate the EST, LFT and any 'float time', it might be 13 marks. SO chances are about 50%. Because then for 1b) they'll probably give us an essay question in terms of CPA.
We are allowed a calculator for this exam correct?
