Primary PGCE at Manchester Met or Man Uni

Hi I am considering applying for a primary PGCE course and can't decide between Manchester Uni or Manchester Met. Manchester Uni is an excellent uni but I understand that the Met has a very good reputation for teacher training courses. Does anyone have experience of either?

My sister did her PGCE at Manchester.

Her boyfriend at the time did his PGCE at Manchester Met.

Comparing notes, UoM the tuition was thought to be worse than MMU.

Though UoM got you snobbery/reputation points.

Thanks for your help, think I'll apply to both and see what happens.
For a PGCE, you put your choices in preference order and your application only goes to your second choice if your first choice rejects you, so you still need to choose a preference.
Going by the Guardian table (not the be all and end all)

There's only actually 7 places between them, so you can pretty much just choose whichever one you fancy more I guess , I know someone who did Primary at UoM though they loved it
