Unsure about University

Hi forum,

This year I chose to go to university but early on I dropped out. I then had to give back the student grant and was charged for my whole one week I was at university, but recently the charged fee's are reversed (which I think means that the university are giving back the money to student finance?).

What I would like to know is, if I go to attend university again in September 2013, will student finance give me support with my fee's, grant, loan, etc?
