Exam panic...

How to prevent it?

1. Be prepared! Have everything sorted out the night before and finish revision the night before
2. Have a good nights sleep.
3. I always take in a bottle of water so if I get stressed I take myself away from the exam for a second and have a sip.
4. Just don't worry, take your time and remember that it's not the end of the world.
5. Don't listen to people on your way out, don't bother looking up on forums afterwards as it can make me feel rubbish til results day.
