Hi,
We have 1 bedroom left in a lovely 10 bed house on Bryn Road, right by St. Helens overlooking the beach for the next academic year as one of our group is dropping out of university next year.
We are all 1st years at Swansea university at the moment, moving into our second year, with 2 girls and 7 boys in the group.
There are 2 singles and 8 doubles in this house, one person has already said they want the single and the rest of us are picking names out of a hat to see who gets which room. You are welcome to join in or just take the single room if you wish, as it is £285pcm instead of £335pcm for doubles (excluding bills).
The single room is overlooking the sea and the landlord has said he can put a double bed in if whoever lives in there wishes, it just means there would be less floor space.
The house itself has 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet (plus one en suite), a lounge area, fitted kitchen and a small garden with a pond. Its situated 5 mins walk from Swansea University and 15 mins walk to town.
