How can I do well at A2 Chemistry? Please help!

Hi guys,
I'll give a rep if anyone could help please!
I'm going to be doing A2 Chemistry AQA, and was wondering how can I do well at it?
What books are good/any recommendations?
And what's the best technique to revise that makes understanding easier? Because this is what i was lacking in AS.

Any good exam websites that has AQA notes, tips etc.
I mean like in general, what's the best way to concentrate and do well in at A2 chemistry because i really need to do well in A2 to get a decent grade.
