Law : Which modules to choose ?

Hello everyone !
I will be coming to sussex university as a erasmus exchange student in september. I'm still undecided about which modules to take, because I don't know anything about english law (i'm french) and I try to get a better understanding through books but it's not easy.
Anyway, I can take any modules from any 3 years of law. I have to choose 4.
As for now, I'm considering taking Law of Tort, Criminal law, Company law and Intellectual Property.
But I think I might choose law of contract instead of company law, because I'm not that interesting in it.

What I would like to know is if you can advice me modules that you think are vital to a good understanding of the english law.
