A2 resit
I achieved BCC on results day. I hope to resit some exams next year to push my grades up. For AQA maths I would like to resit D1 for a second time. However, I have heard about the cap on resits and am not to sure about it. I am wondering whether I can resit D1 next summer or not as I have resat it once already?
My friend resat C2 three times over two years, so Im sure you will be able to redo D1 again ?

There is no cap on resits. Under current A level rules there's no limit to the number of times you can retake and the best result is always the one that counts.
