Brady Haran (Numberphile/periodic videos) Recorded Bullying Editor

Basically he had a go at his editor for being terrible at editing but the editor was (secretely?) recording it. He then edited (ironic?) the conversation and put it online:

I really like his videos and I king of wish I hadn't heard this. He really comes off as a dick, but do you think it could have been justified? Opinions?

Hmm, kinda I wish I hadn't heard this too.

However it has been edited, so it might be biased against Brady?

Then again, we don't know the full picture, so his anger might be in some way justifiable, since video upload frequency has been rather low recently. I don't agree with his personal attacks though, the "Have you ever had a girlfriend?" was completely unnecessary.
