post party loneliness
So i went to a new years party with friends and had a great time. Had a few drinks, had a laugh, it was fun. I post this because for the past year or so, for about a week after i come home from a party i feel very depressed and lonely. I can't think of any reason why this is? Has this happened to anyone else. Does anyone else on here feel this?
Could be the effects of too much alcohol if you are sensitive to it, like a comedown kindof. Sounds reasonably normal to me tho, for a day but a week sounds like a long time
