Economics diploma @ Cambridge

I was wondering if anyone here is familiar with this program and what the requirements for granting admission are. I'm very interested in this as a gateway to further study Economics but I wonder what it'll take. Are high GRE scores sufficient or is there anything else that should back up the application aside from a BA degree?
