Measure air flow rate with pressure difference across a cylinder.
I've got a horizontally moving piston in a cylinder, the piston is moving backward to suck the air in from one end of the cylinder. I would like to measure the air flow rate in the cylinder. How would I do it? I was thinking of installing a pressure sensor to measure the pressure difference, then by using the Bernoulli's equation, to find out the flow rate. Is this approach correct?
