Best halls at UCL

Hi all, well I'm an old students so to say, was doing first year during the year 2012-2013, I was barred from exams, and decided to take 2 gap years. I'm back for the year 2014-2015.

(by the way I can't seem to apply for accomodation 2014/2015, too early?)

Well anyways I was wondering what halls to apply to, my first year was pretty easy, so I assume I want a place close to uni but where I can always find someone to go out with.

I heard there are halls which have international students(thus richer I assume) And poorer Halls? Can I have more clarifications about this?

I was gonna apply to ramsay, what do you guys think?
