Lethality

For university I am currently thinking of possibly studying biomedicine Melbourne university,At the moment studying chemistry, biology and psychology at A level and at AS my grades were A*AAA. and my predicted grades at A level are A*A*A

The problem is that I have not study mathematics at A level; would I still have a chance of admission if I were to apply? I would be an international student.
