If you're self-catered, what kind of kitchen stuff will we need to bring? Did anyone go look around?

If you're self-catered you need pans, cutlery, pots and any other utensils you need when you cook. You get a kettle and a microwave and you might get a toaster in the kitchen.

How do people know what block they're in? i dont have any information like that.
also, i've never seen any pictures of the rooms or anything in nicholson halls so i've no idea what its like :L

On the email you received, it should say something like NICHOA14 which is block A room 14.

anyone living in these halls already, can you just give me a summary of what's in the bedroom and what are the en suites like?? thanks :smile:

I was really happy. 8 and 14 I think are nicest (and those above and below) as they are more boxy/ed wherras others are longer and thinner. 9 is probably the biggest :smile: ensuite sizes vary but good quality. We did have an issue with showerd leaking down to the next floor but got sorted so should be ok :smile:
