York Notes vs. Spark Notes

Are they different? Are the York Notes worth the extra money? I heard they were good from one person, but no comparison was drawn with Spark Notes, please give me an idea!

And yes, I will be reading the texts (actually they have already been read), these will be used for revision for my IB Oral Commentary.

I've only ever used Spark Notes and didn't particularly find them very helpful.

I suppose everyone has a different preference though, so don't mind me.
