Hey everyone
I'm applying to study French and ab initio Spanish for September 2015, but I'm leaving in four days to go backpacking for a year - just wondered whether anyone knows how likely it is I'll be asked for an interview and what the universities' protocols are when you can't attend.
Any help at all would be great!

Oh and I'll technically be a mature student, although I do have decent A Levels - don't know if that changes anything.
