undefined 1st deriv, defined 2nd...?

if you have a (implicit) function, or equation, to be precise, in terms of x and y,

what might it mean if the first derivative is undefined at a certain x,y point, but the 2nd derivative is defined at the same point?

change in concavity?

FIRST:sideways stationary point (vertical tangent)

SECOND: "local maximum" of "local minimum"

nothing special about the x and y, just a matter of reference
