You might get more help if you posted a specific question you want help with. 
Why must your Matlab expert be a uni maths student in at least their second year? The only reason I can see for this is that you have a maths problem which you must solve in Matlab but you understand neither aspect. TSR is not here to teach you to program or to do your projects for you.
