Hi @mmm100,
Before I suggest any projects you can undertake, is there a reason you would like to undertake a project? Do you wish to improve your personal statement to get into engineering at university?

Maybe learn some computational skills, learning how to code in matlab or python and build pictographical models in something like simulink.
